In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions and interpretations shall apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise. Familiarity with these definitions will help you understand your rights and obligations as a registered player on the ak44bd platform.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are included for convenience only and do not affect the construction of these Terms & Conditions.

By registering an account on ak44bd, you expressly represent, warrant, and agree to all of the following eligibility conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to register, deposit funds, or participate in any gambling activity on this platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will for personal entertainment purposes.

ak44bd reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm a Player's age and eligibility. Where a Player cannot satisfactorily confirm their eligibility, ak44bd may suspend or permanently close the Account and withhold any balance pending investigation.

Each individual Player may hold only one registered Account on the ak44bd platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of any bonus funds.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During the registration process, you will be required to provide accurate personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address or mobile number. All registration data must be truthful and current.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

ak44bd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gambling and anti-fraud best practices. Identity verification may be required at any of the following points:

• Upon first withdrawal request above the applicable threshold;
• When the cumulative deposits or withdrawals on an Account exceed specified limits;
• Where ak44bd has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform;

Accepted identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. 3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. ak44bd strongly recommends the following security practices:

• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members;
• Enable OTP-based two-factor authentication if prompted or available;
• Log out of your Account after every session, particularly on shared or public devices;

ak44bd accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain adequate security over their own Account credentials. Any activity conducted through a registered Account — whether or not authorised by the Account holder — will be deemed the responsibility of the registered Account holder.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the ak44bd support team at support@ak44bd.club. ak44bd will process the closure request and arrange withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any pending bonus wagering obligations. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

All financial transactions on the ak44bd platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ak44bd does not apply hidden currency conversion rates or foreign exchange markups. The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad typically reflect in the Player's Account balance within 30 to 60 seconds of confirmation.
• Rocket and Upay deposits are processed within a similar timeframe, subject to the respective mobile financial service provider's network status.
• Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to reflect, depending on the issuing bank's internal processing schedules.
• ak44bd does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours are typically processed the same day.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are usually completed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfers to accounts at Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi institutions are processed within one to three business days.
• A minimum KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be approved.
• Withdrawals can only be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ak44bd Account holder.
• ak44bd reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in size, frequency, or pattern.

4.3 Failed or Disputed Transactions

In the event that a deposit does not reflect in your Account within the expected timeframe, you should retain the transaction confirmation reference from your mobile wallet or bank and contact the ak44bd support team at support@ak44bd.club with full transaction details. ak44bd will investigate and resolve confirmed deposit failures within one to two business days. ak44bd bears no liability for delays caused by third-party payment service providers or mobile network outages.

ak44bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback promotions, free spins, and seasonal event promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and T20 World Cup tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms displayed at the point of the promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The specific multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are published on each promotion's terms page.

• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless otherwise stated. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the prior bonus.
• Abuse: ak44bd reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has exploited, abused, or colluded to circumvent the spirit of a promotional offer.
• Withdrawal Order: Real-money balance is used for bets before bonus funds. Upon a withdrawal request, real-money balance is paid first; bonus funds remain in the Account until wagering requirements are met.

All games offered on the ak44bd platform operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment operated by trained dealers in regulated studio environments. The following rules apply to all gameplay on the platform:

• Bet Cancellation: Bets confirmed by the system cannot ordinarily be cancelled or reversed by the Player. In cases where an obvious pricing error has occurred (e.g., a cricket odds market published at clearly incorrect values), ak44bd reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ak44bd platform. Violation of any of the following conditions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different identity details;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform in any way, including for the purposes of bonus harvesting, odds scraping, or automated betting;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players or with staff in connection with any game or sports market;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to generate winnings that would not otherwise arise under normal operating conditions;
• Using funds of unlawful origin for deposits or withdrawals (money laundering);
• Making fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after receiving gambling services;
• Impersonating another Player, member of staff, or any third party;

8.1 Player-Controlled Limits

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
• Losses attributable to platform downtime, technical malfunctions, server failures, or connectivity issues beyond ak44bd's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials;
• Losses resulting from a Player's breach of these Terms & Conditions, including losses arising from the closure of a non-compliant Account;
• Losses resulting from the actions or omissions of third-party payment service providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank).

ak44bd's total liability to any Player in respect of any single incident or series of connected incidents shall in no event exceed the amount deposited by the Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

ak44bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account, or via a prominent notice displayed upon login, no less than seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect.

Non-material amendments — such as minor clarifications, formatting corrections, or updates to reflect changes in the platform's payment method lineup — may be made without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The "Effective" date shown in the page header will be updated to reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the ak44bd platform following the publication or notification of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and request Account closure as described in Section 3.4 above.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ak44bd is committed to resolving Player disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to follow the process below:

2. Investigation: ak44bd will investigate the dispute and provide a written response within five (5) business days of receipt. Complex cases involving transaction records or game log reviews may require up to ten (10) business days.
3. Final Decision: If the Player is not satisfied with the outcome of the investigation, a formal escalation request may be submitted. ak44bd's final decision will be communicated in writing and will be binding.

ak44bd makes no representation that the services offered on this platform are legal, appropriate, or available for use by persons located in all jurisdictions. Players who access the platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws.
